We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably:

  • UK Shipping: £3.50, delivered in 5–10 working days.

  • Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50.

  • EU Shipping: £5, delivered in 10–17 working days.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in top condition.

Refunds & Exchanges

We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if you’re seeking a refund or exchange, please read the information below.

To help us manage returns efficiently, please contact us by email at offsideoutfittersltd@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the returns postal address and set aside any requested items for exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, tagged, and returned in their original condition.

  • Please do not fold printed areas and include any notes inside the garment—not on it.

  • Items must be returned neatly folded and well-packaged to avoid damage.

We take great care in packaging your order—please return the favour when sending items back. Items that arrive in unsellable condition may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty (see Section 5 of our [Terms of Service] page). We strongly recommend using a trackable postal method, as you're responsible for the item reaching us safely and in a timely manner.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider—it may be pending.

  3. If you used PayPal, you may need to "accept" the refund before it appears.
