5. Shipping

  • UK: £3.50 (5–10 working days). Free on orders over £50.

  • EU: £5 (10–17 working days).

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item:

  • Email us at offsideoutfittersltd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, tagged, and in resalable condition within 30 days.

  • Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and order details within 14 days. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
